Alpha 3 - Weaknesses and Boss Loot

This Update introduces 2 content changes:
- Weaknesses and other stats added into the characters themselves.
- Boss Room now have Chests in them.
you will still find chest rooms, but now chests also appear in the boss room and the bosses take loot from the chest the same way Guardians do.
Balance
Chest loot now rebalanced to favor Gear, Skill Books and Relics over Gold(30%,30%,30%,10%, if I didn't mess up something)
Relics now distribute stat and skill modifiers in a way that favors normal stats over specific skills.
Slimes will naturally take more damage from magic skills while Skeletons will naturally take more damage from physical skills(fixing a bit of the early game struggles against skeleton enemies as your first skill deals physical damage).
most are modified in a multiplier but guardians take a flat increase to those types of damage making them weaker against multihits of that type of damage while slightly less so against the single hit skills of their weakness.
that change stacks with their gear so don't be surprised if a 5 relic demon slime with godly gear takes no damage from your puny 30 cost quadruple-sizzle.
Weak Boss chests contain the same grade loot as a hoard and Strong Boss chests contain loot of 1 level higher than that(+2 from maze level).
